GymSym seeks to solve the problems many gym managers face: real-time scheduling, reports, marketing, personalized layouts, and more in an easily-accessible app. However, despite extensive research, GymSym veils many details about pricing, packages, and provided features. As a consumer, you need all the information on the product you’re considering purchasing and how it changes your business strategies. In many ways, GymSym is a risky investment simply because you’re not sure what is included with their software.
Additionally, at the time of this writing, there are just a handful of reviews of GymSym from 2017, and GymSym’s most recent software update was June 2018.
