Gear We Actually Use

No sponsored fluff. Just the tools that get us out the door, up the trail, and recovered for the next one.

Recover (all activities)

Long ride, big hike, back-to-back pickleball? Recovery is where the next adventure starts.

ROLL Recovery R8 Plus™ Deep Tissue Massage Tool

ROLL calls it a deep-tissue massager you can use standing, sitting, or lying down. It has an integrated spring mechanism for built-in pressure, so you're not rolling around on the floor. ROLL also makes the R1™ Percussion massager, the R4™ Body Roller, and recovery slides.

Rollga Foam Roller

It isn't a plain tube. Rollga's patented shape has a spinal channel and grooves sized like thumbs, palms and elbows, so it reaches muscles a flat roller can't. It comes in soft (LITE), medium, and hard (PRO) densities, plus peanut-shaped versions.
